Article 2 Sichuan Water Conservancy Construction Fund is a special fund for water conservancy construction, which consists of provincial water conservancy construction funds and municipal, prefectural and county (city, district) water conservancy construction funds. Article 3 Sources of funds for provincial water conservancy construction: 3% of road maintenance fees, vehicle tolls, road transportation management fees, electric power construction funds, market management fees, individual industrial and commercial management fees and land acquisition management fees.
