The establishment of special scholarships shall comply with national regulations and school regulations. 2. In order to standardize the management of special scholarships, the name of special scholarships funded by all sectors of society is generally designated as "Nanjing University of Finance and Economics ××× Scholarship"; And awarded to students in the name of the school.
3. To set up special scholarships in schools, all sectors of society need to negotiate with the Student Affairs Office, and attach relevant agreements and evaluation regulations, including:

(3), the start time and end time of establishing special scholarships;
(4), reward scope, reward amount, award requirements and evaluation methods;
(5), other relevant materials.
4. The establishment of special scholarships by social organizations or individuals in various colleges and departments must be examined, approved and put on record by the Student Affairs Office, so that the school can conduct standardized management and conduct necessary supervision and inspection on its evaluation and fund distribution.

Selection conditions for special scholarships
1. Full-time undergraduate and junior college students officially registered in our school.
2. Love the motherland, consciously abide by national laws and regulations, follow the code of conduct for college students and the relevant rules and regulations of the school, have good conduct and have no violations of laws and regulations;
3. Have a correct learning attitude, love your major, study hard, be enterprising, have excellent academic performance, have a credit score of not less than 2.5 points in the compulsory course year, and have no course re-examination behavior in the compulsory course.
4. Actively participate in social practice, physical exercise and cultural and sports activities, and be physically and mentally healthy;
5. Love the collective, respect teachers, unite with classmates, take good care of public property and behave in a civilized manner;
6. Students with financial difficulties are preferred;
7. Those who have won this year's school-level awards (such as "single scholarship", "outstanding college students" and "outstanding student cadres") can also get a special scholarship according to conditions.
8. Each person can only apply for one special scholarship at most each year, and cannot win the prize repeatedly.
Selection procedures and methods
1. The selection of special scholarships adopts the principle of combining self-recommendation and recommendation. Applicants are required to submit a written application to their colleges and departments. Each college and department will make a preliminary evaluation recommendation in strict accordance with the selection conditions of each special scholarship, and report the preliminary evaluation results and related materials to the Student Affairs Office for review. After the review, the Student Affairs Office will report the review results to the competent leader for approval.
2. The evaluation of special scholarships adheres to the principle of "openness, fairness and impartiality". The preliminary evaluation results of special scholarships of various colleges and departments should be publicized in a certain way in this unit, and after extensive consultation, they can be reported to the Student Affairs Office for review.
3. Students who have objections to the evaluation results of special scholarships can put forward their opinions to the college or department within 3 working days from the date of publication of the preliminary evaluation results of the college or department; Colleges and departments should give a reply to students within 3 working days.
4. After being audited by the Student Affairs Office, the results will be publicized on the campus network for seven days, and reported to the student scholarship management committee and the leaders in charge of the school for approval without any objection.
5. When applying for special scholarships, students are strictly forbidden to resort to deceit. Once found, they will be disqualified from applying for special scholarships during their school days, and the school will recover the special scholarships and honorary certificates that have been issued. All colleges and departments should, in line with the requirements of all-round development of morality, intelligence and physique, conduct a comprehensive investigation on students' ideological and moral character, academic performance, extracurricular activities and opinion polls, and strictly control them.
Organization and management
1. The Student Scholarship Management Committee is the organization that collects, manages and evaluates student awards and grants. Its purpose is to manage, collect and rationally use all kinds of awards and grants, and encourage students to study hard and develop in an all-round way.
2. The Student Scholarship Management Committee is composed of relevant leaders of the school, the Student Affairs Office, the Academic Affairs Office, the Finance Office and the Development Planning Office. There is an office under the Student Scholarship Management Committee, which is located in the Student Affairs Office.
3. The Student Affairs Office is responsible for the daily management, evaluation and distribution of various special scholarships; Review the list of winners of various special scholarships; Supervise and inspect the management and use of other special scholarships;
