Article 20 of the Regulations on the Management of Foundations stipulates that the total number of directors with close relatives in a non-public foundation established with private property shall not exceed1/3 of the total number of directors; Other foundations with close relatives may not serve on the board of directors at the same time. Directors who do not hold full-time positions in the foundation shall not receive remuneration from the foundation, and the number of directors who receive remuneration from the foundation shall not exceed 1/3 of the total number of directors.
