Where can I subscribe for REITs funds?
Newly-issued REITs funds can be subscribed on-site by using shareholders' accounts or on-site fund accounts, and can also be subscribed off-site by using off-site fund accounts. The credit account does not support the subscription of operating REITs funds.
On-site subscription needs to open the trading authority of REITs fund first, and off-site subscription does not need to open the authority. However, it should be specially reminded that REITs funds are not open for redemption after their establishment, and the fund shares subscribed over-the-counter need to be transferred to the market before they can be traded.
The subscription price and share of REITs fund shall be filled in as follows:
1 Shenzhen Stock Exchange: Enter the actual subscription price and subscription share, in which the subscription price must be filled in with the issue price. For example, if the issue price is 2, then the subscription price is 2 and the subscription share is 1000, then the subscription amount is 2* 1000=2000 yuan.
2 Shanghai Stock Exchange: The suggested subscription price is 1, and the subscription share is the total amount to be subscribed (it should be greater than 1000). For example, if the subscription price is 1 and the subscription share is 2000, the subscription amount is 2000 yuan.
REITs funds are bought on the day of T, sold on the day of T+ 1, and sold on the day of T. After the transaction, the funds will be received immediately, and T+ 1 can be transferred to the bank card.
It should be noted that REITs funds are closed-ended, and subscription and redemption are not open. Please transfer the stocks subscribed by the counter to the floor trading. The listing time of REITs funds can be inquired through the REITs fund platforms of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange. Or pay attention to the announcements of relevant fund companies.
