Alumni foundation is an unincorporated organization, but it must also have articles of association and organizational leadership. Generally, there is a secretary-general and several directors, who are affiliated to a school and are relatively independent. Some can register unincorporated organizations as legal persons in the industrial and commercial departments. The sources of funds and expenditures of regular activities need to be recorded in a standardized way, and part-time accountants should keep accounts. Among them, the general associations have no salary expenses (some only have the secretary-general's work allowance).
