China Soong Ching Ling Foundation is a non-profit organization that contacts friendly groups and people at home and abroad and provides support and funding for the purpose of the association. Soong Ching Ling Foundation was established in May 1982. In September, the China Children's Fund was renamed China Soong Ching Ling Foundation after being deliberated and approved by the Fifth Council.
