(1) Medical expenses must be reimbursed in real terms, including medical expenses during hospitalization, rehabilitation training, and recurrence of work-related injuries.
1. Employees who treat work-related injuries should seek medical treatment at a medical institution that has signed a service agreement. In an emergency, they can first go to the nearest medical institution for first aid.
2. If the expenses required to treat work-related injuries comply with the work-related injury insurance diagnosis and treatment item catalog, work-related injury insurance drug list, and work-related injury insurance hospitalization service standards, they shall be paid from the work-related injury insurance fund.
(2) Hospitalization food subsidy, transportation, board and lodging expenses 1. Hospitalization food subsidy = local standard (yuan) × number of days of hospitalization; 2. With a certificate issued by a medical institution and approved by the handling agency, you can seek medical treatment outside the coordinating area.
It is required to pay transportation fees, board and lodging fees; transportation fees are stipulated in accordance with local standards; food and lodging fees = local stipulated standards (yuan) × number of people × days.
(3) Cost of assistive devices 1. Due to daily life or employment needs, workers injured at work can be installed with prostheses, orthotics, prosthetic eyes, dentures and wheelchairs and other assistive devices upon confirmation by the Labor Capacity Appraisal Committee; 2. The cost of assistive devices is based on the local work-related injuries.

The classification catalog may be made by the Labor Ability Appraisal Committee, and the departments and procedures for its determination shall be in accordance with local regulations.
3. The period of suspension of work and salary retention shall generally not exceed 12 months.
If the injury is serious or the situation is special, it must be confirmed by the district-level municipal labor ability appraisal committee.
(5) Nursing expenses during the suspension of work and salary period 1. If a work-injured employee who cannot take care of himself needs care during the suspension of work and salary period, the employer shall be responsible for it.
2. For the standard of nursing fees, please refer to the provisions of the "Interpretations of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Personal Injury Compensation Cases" or the regulations on the implementation of work-related injury insurance in various provinces and cities.
(6) One-time disability subsidy 1. For Grade 8 disability, the one-time disability subsidy is 11 months’ salary.
2. Personal salary refers to the average monthly salary paid by the injured employee in the 12 months before he was injured in an accident at work or suffered from an occupational disease.
If your salary is 300% higher than the average salary of employees in the coordinated area, it will be calculated as 300% of the average salary of employees in the coordinated area; if your salary is lower than 60% of the average wage of employees in the coordinated area, it will be calculated as 60% of the average salary of employees in the coordinated area.
