Introduction: Caring for Left-behind Children in Rural Areas Boxing Foundation is a special fund specially established by China Children's Culture and Art Foundation to seriously implement the instructions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council that the whole society should pay close attention to the work of left-behind children and effectively solve the education problems of left-behind children, as well as the instructions of the Central Committee's Decision on Promoting Some Major Issues in Rural Reform and Development and Several Opinions on Solving the Problems of Migrant Workers. It is the only special fund in China that cares for left-behind children.

the fund will provide all-round direct care for schools and left-behind children who need and meet the requirements by establishing six children's "activity centers", family liaison stations, love bookstores, a care center for left-behind children, and a volunteer team of caring mothers and intimate counselors, so that our left-behind children in rural areas can be supervised in school, have a place to go after class, have comfort in their hearts, have help in difficulties, learn and have counseling, and enrich themselves by carrying out a series of activities that are beneficial to their physical and mental health.

In order to ensure the healthy development of the Foundation, a permanent organization, the Management Committee of the Special Fund for Caring for Left-behind Children in Rural Areas, was established to manage the special fund. The use of funds is strictly in accordance with the fund management regulations and has to be used for other purposes. At the same time, it will be audited and spot-checked by the audit department from time to time, and will also be supervised by donors to ensure the safety and standardization of the fund and improve its credibility.
