After the project application is successful (generally speaking, it is not successful, but should be approved by the project applicant country), the fund center will sign a project execution contract with the enterprise, and the contract period is generally 2 years, and the loan interest subsidy and some biomedical and key projects can be 3 years. Within one year after the expiration of the project execution period (that is, the contract period), the local supervision unit shall submit the project to the state for examination and approval, and publicize it in the Innovation Fund official website (www.innofund.gov.cn). After the publicity, the final payment will be allocated and the application for enterprise innovation projects will be accepted.

In an implementation period (2 or 3 years), an independent legal person can only undertake one innovation fund project.

The project execution period of innovation fund is not the concept of validity period, but the project execution period agreed in the contract, which needs to be supervised once every six months and reported to the semi-annual report or annual report.

After the acceptance of the innovation fund project, if the acceptance is unqualified, the enterprise shall not apply for the innovation fund again within two years. If it is terminated, the fund center will no longer accept the declaration of the enterprise project.
