V. Registration, time and place of examination
Candidates should carefully check whether they meet the requirements for registration before registration. In the re-examination stage, the qualification examination will be conducted, and any candidate who does not meet the requirements for the re-examination will not be re-examined and admitted, and the relevant consequences will be borne by the candidate himself.
1. All candidates are required to register online, and the registration points selected by candidates during online registration should be the same as the test sites. The date of registration is based on the online registration date of national postgraduate students announced by the Ministry of Education. The initial test time is consistent with the national test time in Weibo stipulated by the Ministry of Education. Registration Website: China Graduate Admissions Information Network (/or/).

3. Print the Admission Ticket on the Internet: Candidates can log in to China Graduate Admissions Information Network with their username and password and download and print the Admission Ticket themselves within the time specified by the Ministry of Education. The front and back sides of the Admission Ticket shall not be altered during use. Candidates take the initial test with the downloaded and printed Admission Ticket and the second-generation resident ID card.
4. Materials to be submitted after the online newspaper: After the candidates have registered at the registration points in various provinces (regions) and cities and confirmed by taking photos, please be sure to mail the following materials to our graduate department as soon as possible, which will be used for the candidates' qualification examination:
(1) One copy of the "Brief List of Registration Information for National Postgraduate Entrance Examination" confirmed and signed (printed by yourself after the online newspaper is confirmed);
(2), 1 transcript (fresh graduates should submit it to the academic affairs department of their school and affix their official seals; The transcripts of previous students need to be copied with the official seal of the personnel department of the unit);
(3), 1 copy of ID card and 1 copy of student ID card;
(4) Non-fresh graduates must also submit one copy of the undergraduate diploma and one copy of the degree certificate.
5. Precautions for registration:
(1) Special reminder: Please remember your username and password when reporting online, and you need to print the admission ticket and transfer admission later.
(2) Students who are recommended to be exempted from the test must go through the acceptance procedures before October 25th, 213. The accepted recommended exemption students must register online at the designated registration point within the time specified in the online newspaper, and go through the on-site confirmation procedures. The accepted recommended students are not allowed to sign up for the national unified examination. Otherwise, students will be disqualified and listed as unified candidates.
(3) Candidates can only fill in one major of one institute or department when registering. In the re-examination and admission stage, candidates who have reached the basic score line of the national re-examination can be adjusted if they cannot be admitted by the original applicant or the original major.
(4) During online registration, candidates can modify their online newspaper information. During the on-site confirmation, candidates must carefully check and confirm the registration information. Candidates' registration information confirmed on the spot will not be modified during the examination, re-examination and admission stages, and all consequences caused by candidates' filling errors will be borne by them.
(5) The plan for high-level talents of ethnic minorities shall be based on the information provided at the time of registration, and the registration category shall not be changed after registration.
(6) Candidates (including those who are exempted from the examination) should fill in their personal information accurately, especially the punishment they received for violating the rules and cheating in the process of taking the national education examination. Those who practise fraud shall be dealt with according to the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examinations (Decree No.33 of the Ministry of Education).
(7) After the online newspaper and on-site confirmation, our institute conducted a comprehensive review of the candidates' registration information, and granted examinations to candidates who met the registration requirements. If there is any doubt about the candidates' academic qualifications, student status and other information, the research institute may require candidates to provide certification issued by authoritative organizations within a specified time before granting the examination. When false documents are found during the examination, they may be detained.
VI. Re-examination and Admission
1. Re-examination: The re-examination time is usually held at the end of March or early April, and the form, time, subjects, methods and the weight of the re-examination results are announced to the candidates through our website before the re-examination. Re-examination content: (1) Oral English and Listening Test; (2) Professional comprehensive quality interview; (3) physical examination. Candidates with the same academic qualifications must take two additional major undergraduate courses after obtaining the re-examination qualification. Those who fail in the second interview will not be admitted.
2. Admission: According to the enrollment plan issued by the state, according to the candidates' examination results and re-examination results, combined with ideological and political performance, professional quality and physical health, the admission list is determined. Those who fail the ideological and moral assessment or physical examination will not be admitted.
3. Orientation students must sign a tripartite orientation training agreement before admission. Directional students will work in the directional unit according to the agreement when they graduate, and will no longer be sent for employment. Candidates who are not fresh graduates will be admitted as orientation students, regardless of household registration, personnel files and salary relations.
4. The graduate school of China Academy of Sciences will not implement the system of reserving admission qualifications for freshmen for the time being.
VII. Academic system, enrollment quota and tuition fees
1. Academic master's degree and full-time professional master's degree have a three-year academic system, and master's and doctoral students have a five-year academic system, with a flexible academic system and a credit system.
2. Enrollment quota: 8 graduate students are expected to enroll (including 18 full-time professional degree masters). The actual enrollment is subject to the indicators issued by the Ministry of Education. It is estimated that about 25 students will receive the recommended exemption.
3. Tuition fees and scholarships: In 214, the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences will reform the investment mechanism of postgraduate education in accordance with national regulations, and charge tuition fees for new graduate students. At the same time, it will improve the policy system of postgraduate scholarships and improve the award assistance for outstanding graduate students. All graduate students enjoy scholarships and other benefits during their studies (except for on-the-job staff). Postgraduate scholarships include general scholarships, grade scholarships and three-aid scholarships. The postgraduate scholarships are 9-1,6 yuan/month, and the doctoral scholarships are 2,2-2,7 yuan/month. Professional degree masters enjoy the same treatment as academic masters. Graduate students can receive performance awards such as theses according to their respective work performance, and can apply for national study abroad [Weibo] fund projects, Sino-foreign joint training projects, various scholarships of Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc., with generous treatment.

The basic study period for master's and doctoral students is 5 years. Candidates who apply for master's and doctoral degrees should apply for master's and doctoral degrees within the specified time according to the requirements of the training unit. The specific selection and confirmation methods for postgraduate students are announced by the training unit. Full-time professional degree graduate students are not allowed to continue their master's and doctoral studies, but they can participate in the general recruitment of doctoral students as fresh graduates.
IX. Others
1. Candidates should read the information announced by us carefully when giving a webinar. Those who fail to register according to the requirements of the announcement, fill in the information in the online newspaper by mistake, and the consequences of not being able to take the exam or retest will be borne by the candidates themselves.
2. Candidates must fill in the contact information and mailing address in detail, truly and effectively when registering online. Candidates will be held responsible for any failure to receive the admission ticket, report card and re-examination notice on time due to their mistakes.
3. All the application materials provided by candidates should be true and accurate. If there is any inaccuracy or falsification, the qualification for examination and admission will be cancelled.
4. Disputes arising from candidates' application for postgraduate study in Weibo and their original units or units entrusted with training, orientation and service contracts shall be handled by candidates themselves. If the candidates' files cannot be retrieved due to the above problems, and the candidates cannot be re-examined or admitted, I will not be responsible.
5. If there is any inconsistency between this brochure and the new national enrollment policy, the new policy shall prevail.
