First, a stable job makes me unwilling to toss. I don't have the courage to have the peak. Faced with a well-paid job, I resolutely chose to give up. If I have a stable job and a satisfactory income, I don't want to quit. The heart is small and not so kind. The income of civil servants is certainly not comparable to that of fund managers. I have adapted to everything in my present job. If I rejoin the civil service, it will make me feel that everything has to be started all over again, which will make me feel too difficult.
Second, the salary makes it impossible for you to give up. Everyone knows that the fund industry is better, not to mention that you are a manager, and the treatment can be imagined. As a graduate of Peking University, it is definitely beneficial in the workplace, which can help me appreciate faster. If you choose a civil servant, let alone the development problem for the time being, the salary problem is estimated to be several times less, and such a gap is unbearable. In today's society, there are too many places that need money, and there are jobs with high wages. Why should I choose to give up?
Third, the fund industry has a good prospect. Judging from the current development prospects, the fund industry is very good. Now many people have extra spare money to put into it. Nowadays, people hope that they can handle their spare money reasonably and earn more money, which means that their work can be carried out well, and all this is a familiar environment. Everything about the work of civil servants is very strange. It is too tiring to deal with different people every day.
Everyone will have different choices in the face of work, either because of their own economic pressure or because they are too realistic. But I hope I have a stable job and keep my family normal.
