First, after the death of retirees, their immediate family members failed to declare and claim pensions within the prescribed time limit;

Two, after the death of survivors, their immediate family members do not report according to the prescribed time limit, impersonator survivors pension;

Three, fraudulent use of other people's files or forged personnel files to participate in retirement, to defraud the pension;

Four, retirees were sentenced, missing, immediate family members did not report within the prescribed time limit, impersonator pension;

Five, forged death certificates, fictional time of death, defrauding pensions and funeral expenses;

Six, fictional labor relations, forged insurance information for insurance procedures, defrauding pensions;

Seven, other acts of fraud, forgery of proof materials to defraud the pension.

Punishment for defrauding pensions:

For the existing phenomenon of insurance fraud, the Municipal Social Security Bureau will formulate strict measures to recover the amount of insurance fraud, and severely punish the insurance fraudsters according to the relevant provisions of the Social Insurance Law.

With regard to the treatment of defrauding the pension insurance benefits, the Social Insurance Law implemented on 201/kloc-0 clearly stipulates that the social insurance administrative department shall order it to return the defrauded social insurance benefits and impose a fine of more than 2 times and less than 5 times the defrauded amount. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law. The interpretation of the criminal law is clear, and defrauding social insurance benefits such as pension, medical care, work injury, unemployment and maternity or other social insurance benefits by fraud, forged certification materials or other means belongs to the act of defrauding public and private property as stipulated in Article 266 of the Criminal Law. The crime of defrauding public and private property applies to the act of defrauding social insurance money, effectively safeguarding the security and integrity of social security funds.
