Li Jiren, a master of strategic management and an adjunct professor of EMBA at National Taiwan University, once served as a director in TFT (teaching for Taiwan Province Province), Unified Platform Education Foundation and Chengzhi Education Foundation, and is expected to take over as the chairman of Chengzhi Education Foundation. He brought management strategies to the foundation, and also linked corporate resources to allow more outstanding young people to join the education NPO. TFT, Unify and Sincere Education Foundation, in my opinion, are the three most important arrows for rural education in Taiwan Province Province. Three non-profit organizations, Chengzhi Creative School (promoting KIST School), TFT Creative Teachers, Uni Creative Content (providing free online learning resources). These foundations have several common features:
Others have been doing it for some time, and it is a verified model, but it has not been implemented in Taiwan Province Province, and it is not necessary to start from scratch to draw it in a short time (Note: TFT refers to the unified education platform of Teach for Khan Academy; Sincerely promote KIST schools with reference to the concept and structure of the American public and private group KIPP). Simply put, an NPO can't just rely on blood, but should do the right thing with the right model.
