The campus recruitment of banks is mainly based on the five major banks of China, agriculture, industry, construction and communication and other commercial banks, and the recruitment targets are mainly fresh graduates from various universities. Different banks have different recruitment conditions:

National commercial banks such as China Bank, China Agricultural Bank, China Industrial and Commercial Bank, China Construction Bank and Bank of Communications generally require English proficiency. For example, the recruitment target is fresh graduates of domestic and foreign universities, the English level requires CET-4 or above, or TOEFL score 630 or above, new TOEFL score 75 or above, IELTS score 5.5 or above, and technical posts require certain qualification certificates. Commercial banks such as the five major banks generally require a full-time bachelor's degree or above, while local banks or some joint-stock banks will lower their academic requirements.
