The fund shall be converted at T-day net value before T-day 15:00, confirmed on T+ 1 day and received on T+2. Operate the order equivalent to T+ 1 after 5: 00 on t day.

Fund conversion shall meet the following conditions:

1 Two open-end funds sold in the same sales organization and registered by the same registrant;

Open-end funds with front-end charging mode can only be converted into funds with other front-end charging modes, and funds with zero subscription fee default to front-end charging mode;

3 funds with back-end charging mode can be converted into other funds with front-end or back-end charging mode;

4 If the conversion button is not displayed in the conversion interface, the fund does not support conversion.

Provisions on fund conversion fee:

There is generally no preferential rate for fund conversion, and the fund conversion fee consists of two parts: subscription fee and redemption fee. The specific charge depends on the difference between the subscription rate and redemption rate of the two funds at each conversion. The fund conversion fee shall be borne by the fund holder.

Fund conversion does not require investors to calculate their own shares, just submit an application and the system will automatically convert.
