PVC is made of PVC resin, stabilizer and lubricant. And extrude by a hot pressing method. It is the earliest plastic pipe developed and applied. PVC-U pipe has strong corrosion resistance, easy adhesion, low price and hard texture.

Due to the leakage of PVC-U monomer and additives, it is only suitable for water supply system with conveying temperature not exceeding 45℃.

Plastic pipes are used for drainage, waste water, chemicals, heating liquid and cooling liquid, food, ultra-pure liquid, mud, gas, compressed air and vacuum systems.

2. The wall of PVC-U pipe is very smooth, and its resistance to fluid is very small, and its roughness coefficient is only 0.009. Its water transport capacity is 20% higher than that of cast iron pipe with the same diameter and 40% higher than that of concrete pipe.

3.PVC-U pipe has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, and is not affected by humidity and soil pH, so there is no need to do any anti-corrosion treatment when laying the pipe.
