Nom antérieur = previous surname (generally refers to the maiden surname of married women, because French women will be crowned with their husband's surname after marriage. For China people, it is generally left blank here, indicating that the surname has not changed).

If the first name is Li Ming and Li is the last name, put it after the first name.

Ming is a name and should be written after it.
