After completing the filing of the liquidation group, it will be published in the newspaper for 45 days; After the liquidation and distribution of bankrupt property is completed, the liquidation group shall report the liquidation and distribution to the people's court and apply to the people's court for a ruling to end bankruptcy. Outstanding creditor's rights shall not be paid off;
