Our boss not only gives us a low salary, but also is very stingy with our daily expenses. I remember we had a New Year's Day party before, and we needed a curtain at that time. The price of the curtain was 2000 yuan. The boss thought it was very expensive, and finally let us use the cheapest 150 yuan cloth as curtains. As a result, it is conceivable that the effect of the New Year's Eve party that year was very poor, and the boss threw the pot to us again.
Third, the boss repeatedly revised the salary system.
Before joining the company that year, the boss said that although our basic salary was low, we could get dividends every year, and the dividends could reach tens of thousands of yuan. But towards the end of the year, the boss suddenly said that he wanted to revise the salary system and increase everyone's income in this way. In this case, our year-end dividend will be cancelled. It was after the second year that I decided to leave my job, and I completely lost my affection for such small and medium-sized enterprises!
