5. Organize the presentation meeting for the fifth batch of projects.
At 7: 00 pm on April 28th, the fifth batch of postgraduate innovation fund project promotion meeting was held in the lecture hall on the second floor of the old library. Time is tight, the task is heavy, and the preparation work is not detailed enough. The preparation time of the promotion meeting is only six days, and the urgency of time leads to insufficient preparation and some loopholes.

From graduate meeting to innovation fund, a new platform and a new beginning. The starting point of the fund is very simple, hoping to stimulate students' creative desire and help them realize their innovative dreams. But can these ideas be translated into practical results? This is an unknown number. At the beginning of the application, many students also reported a try attitude. Some people may come for the large amount of money provided by the fund. Such mentality and goals lead to few projects that can be turned into results. In contrast, the goal of the business plan competition is the Challenge Cup. From the preparation of the contestants to the evaluation of the competition process, it embodies innovation and entrepreneurship, and has a strong purpose. The students who participated in the fund may only have reported their thoughts about getting funding, but we have no targeted selection mechanism in all aspects of the evaluation, resulting in the low quality of the final projects and selected projects.
Therefore, we should attach importance to the transformation of project results in the evaluation process and formulate relevant policies.
