Materials required for insurance
1. Original household registration book;
2. The original of the first page of the household registration book and a copy of my page;
3. Original and photocopy of ID card;
4. Two-inch color photos with white background.
Insurance process
1. Bring the above materials to the social security hall window for processing;
2. Fill in the "Registration Form for Flexible Employment Personnel in xx City to Participate in Basic Medical Insurance", apply for a bank card at the corresponding bank, and sign a withholding agreement;
3. Carry the Registration Form for Flexible Employment Personnel in xx City to Participate in Basic Medical Insurance, and personally carry two-inch color photos on a white background to the business card printing department for medical insurance cards;
4. Deposit the medical insurance fee into the bank card or medical insurance card at a fixed time every month.
The participation rate of maternity insurance for flexible employees is 9% for those who have established personal accounts and 5% for those who have not.
Flexible employees can enjoy maternity insurance rights, including maternity medical expenses, but do not enjoy maternity allowance.

Fifty-third employees should participate in maternity insurance, the employer should pay maternity insurance premiums in accordance with state regulations, and employees do not pay maternity insurance premiums.
Fifty-fourth employers have paid maternity insurance premiums, and their employees enjoy maternity insurance benefits; Unemployed spouses of employees enjoy maternity medical expenses in accordance with state regulations. The required funds are paid from the maternity insurance fund.
Maternity insurance benefits include maternity medical expenses and maternity allowance.
Fifty-fifth maternity medical expenses include the following:
(1) Maternity medical expenses;
(two) family planning medical expenses;
(3) Other project expenses stipulated by laws and regulations.
Fifty-sixth employees in any of the following circumstances, can enjoy maternity allowance in accordance with state regulations:
(1) Female employees enjoy maternity leave;
(2) Enjoy family planning operation leave;
(3) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Maternity allowance is calculated and paid according to the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year of the employer.
