The required information for withdrawing provident fund is as follows: 1. Original and copy of my ID card.

2. House purchase invoice.

3. The original and copy of the "Registration Certificate of Commercial House Sales Contract for Pre-Purchased House", the registered and valid "Commercial House Sales Contract" or the "Real Estate Certificate".
