Subject 3 of the fund employment examination refers to the basic knowledge of private equity investment funds. The test questions are all single-choice questions, which are divided into ordinary single-choice questions and combined single-choice questions. In addition to ordinary multiple-choice questions and combined multiple-choice questions, there are usually about two comprehensive multiple-choice questions in a set of questions, that is, three multiple-choice questions under a piece of material, which are generally related to calculation and emphasize comprehensive application ability. The number of questions in each subject is 100, the score of each question is 1, and the total score is 100, and 60 is the qualified line.

Fund qualification examination subjects:

Subject 1: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms;

Subject 2: Basic knowledge of securities investment funds;

Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds.

Candidates are eligible to be registered as fund practitioners if they pass the examination of subject 1 and subject 2, or pass the examination of subject 1 and subject 3.
