3. I am fully responsible for the traffic accident, and the medical expenses caused by my fault are not included in the payment scope of the basic medical insurance fund, and the medical insurance department must reimburse it.
4. In the traffic accident, I bear part of the responsibility, and the medical expenses I bear can be reimbursed in the medical insurance.
From the above, we know that the part we are responsible for in traffic accidents cannot be reported for medical insurance. If the medical insurance card is used for treatment, and the other party pays the corresponding medical expenses, the injured person should also return the part that has been reimbursed by medical insurance to the relevant medical insurance departments again, otherwise it may constitute fraudulent insurance.

The following medical expenses are not included in the payment scope of the basic medical insurance fund:
