The application conditions for business start-up support funds are as follows:

1. Self-employed support subsidies are for self-employed people who have never enjoyed self-employed support subsidies. Self-employed persons refer to the students who leave school to start their own businesses within the graduation school year of ordinary universities, vocational schools and technical colleges in this Municipality, and the following persons with household registration in this Municipality:

(1) graduates from ordinary universities, vocational schools and technical colleges within 5 years after graduation;

(2) Returned overseas students within 5 years after graduation;

(3) Registered unemployed persons;

(4) Demobilized veterans;

(5) dependents;

(6) disabled people.

2. Small and micro enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households and private non-enterprise units that have never enjoyed entrepreneurship subsidies within 3 years of registration in this Municipality.

Self-employed persons shall, after the start-up enterprise has been operating normally for 6 months, apply to the street employment service agency where the start-up enterprise is registered, fill in the subsidy application form and submit the following materials:

1, my ID card (check the original, keep a copy, identity certificate and authorization certificate of the agent);

2, Shenzhen City, the application form for self-employment subsidies;

3. basic deposit account, a startup bank;

4. Tax registration certificate (business license with unified social credit code is not required) and tax payment certificate.
