when the selling price of banknotes in the currency of withdrawal is consistent with the selling price of foreign exchange, the customer will handle the withdrawal of foreign banknotes by the foreign exchange account, and when the amount of banknotes withdrawn on the same day is less than the equivalent of USD 1, (inclusive), the selling price difference of foreign exchange banknotes will be temporarily waived; If the amount of banknotes withdrawn on the same day exceeds the equivalent value of USD 1, (excluding), it shall be converted according to the selling price of banknotes purchased at the time of transaction.

the conversion of foreign exchange account to foreign currency account is regarded as BOC buying foreign currency cash from customers (applicable to foreign exchange purchase price) and selling foreign currency cash (applicable to foreign exchange purchase price). Therefore, foreign exchange account purchases foreign currency and converts it according to the foreign exchange purchase price at the time of transaction (i.e. calculating the price difference between foreign exchange purchase price and foreign exchange purchase price). The specific calculation formula is:

If the spread is collected from the foreign currency deposit account of this currency, it will be paid in this foreign currency, and the foreign currency spread = foreign currency transaction amount × (1-foreign exchange purchase price/banknote selling price);

if the price difference is collected from the RMB account, the RMB price difference = the transaction amount of foreign currency × (the selling price of banknotes-the buying price of foreign exchange);

if the price difference is charged from other foreign currency accounts inconsistent with the foreign currency traded, the price difference of other foreign currencies = RMB price difference/purchase price of the other foreign currency.
