The blind review of the National Natural Science Foundation of China mainly looks at the personal information of the author, the basic part of the research, and the application. The review of this part is no longer the responsibility of the review experts, but the comrades who were approved by the National Natural Science Foundation of China in the previous year. Being responsible can improve the fairness of evaluation. The establishment of a blind review system can make state funds more impartial and reduce the backdoor use of relationships.
