This is the first substantive regulation reviewed by the provincial people's congress in our province and will be implemented on March 30, 65438.
The reporter noted that the "Regulations" are divided into ten chapters: general principles, industrial development, ecological livability, rural civilization, rural governance, urban-rural integration, talent support, safeguard measures, legal responsibilities, and supplementary provisions, which mainly specify the working mechanism, target requirements, urban-rural integration measures, and safeguard measures for rural revitalization.
The term "village" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to a regional complex with natural, social and economic characteristics and multiple functions such as production, life, ecology and culture, including townships (ethnic townships and towns) and villages (including administrative villages and natural villages).
