6. Monitor and analyze the exchange rate and foreign exchange changes within the jurisdiction, promote the development of cross-border RMB business, and promote the facilitation of Guizhou Province’s foreign investment and trade.

4. Responsible for the management of bank card business in the province, and actively guide, promote and standardize the construction of the bank card acceptance market.
