3.49% Agricultural Bank of China completed the issuance of 50 billion yuan of perpetual bonds on February 18, which was the largest single transaction after the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission’s new financial valuation regulations on August 25, 2021.

This perpetual bond issuance was participated by 159 investors, with banks accounting for 64%, insurance accounting for 19%, funds, securities firms, trusts and other investors accounting for 17%, the total subscription multiple was 2.1, and the issuance interest rate was 3.49%.
