The deposit standard of Yantai residential special maintenance fund is 6% of the construction and installation project cost issued by the Municipal Cost Office, which is calculated and determined in three grades: multi-storey, small high-rise and high-rise. Specifically:

1. Multi-storey residential building (below seven floors, without elevator), with the deposit of 58 yuan/m2;

2. Multi-storey residential buildings (below seven floors, with elevators) and small high-rise buildings (below twelve floors) shall be paid according to 66 yuan/square meter;

3. High-rise residential buildings (above 12 floors) shall be deposited according to the standard of 1 18 yuan/m2.
