After the fund is formally established, it can submit an application for merger and trading of fund securities to the competent authority. After approval by the competent authority, it must also submit a listing application to the trading place designated by the competent authority. The specific listing time can be determined after review and approval by the Listing Committee.
The stock exchange must put forward a series of necessary conditions for funds applying for listing, such as the scale of the total fund raising, the minimum period of fund existence, the minimum limit of the manager’s net assets; the fund custodian The nature and size of its net assets, as well as whether the fund’s investment aspects and investment structure comply with relevant regulations and the requirements of the trust contract, etc. Funds applying for listing must also be recommended by a listing recommender. After the fund manager is approved by the competent authority and submits a listing application, the listing recommender must also assist the fund manager in submitting all listing application documents. After the listing committee approves the fund's listing application, the relevant parties to the listed fund must sign a listing agreement with the stock exchange to determine the listing date. For funds that do not meet the listing conditions, the stock exchange will return the listing application.
