Textile City is a 3A-level social organization. The Textile Science and Technology Education Foundation is based on the Qian Textile Science and Technology Education Fund established in 1996. It is composed of a group of outstanding textile technicians who have a high sense of mission and responsibility and are willing to contribute to the scientific and educational progress of China textile industry. The Textile Foundation strengthened scientific management to ensure the standardized operation of public welfare projects, participated in the five-year rating of social organizations of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and was rated as a 3A-level social organization.
