It is jointly undertaken by the Basic Department, Personnel Department, Ethnic Affairs Department of the Ministry of Education and the National Primary and Secondary School Early Childhood Teacher Award Foundation. .
This topic focuses on investigating and studying the construction of teachers in ordinary primary and secondary schools in the compulsory education stage. It focuses on studying the most urgent issues of the current situation, and at the same time, it is appropriate to look ahead and predict future needs.
At the beginning of the next century, the country will realize the "universal nine-year education" and enter the stage of consolidating development and comprehensively improving quality. In order to promote the implementation of "two aspects" and promote quality education, the quality level of the teaching team must be improved on a large scale.
Therefore, the general research team plans to divide the country into four regions (developed areas, moderately developed areas, underdeveloped areas, and particularly poor areas) to select a representative sample from the population for research and experiments.
