Before the reform, the qualification examination subjects were composed of basic subjects and professional subjects. The basic subjects are the basic knowledge of the securities market, and the professional subjects include securities trading, securities issuance and underwriting, securities investment analysis and securities investment funds.
Those who pass one or more professional subject examinations should pass the basic laws and regulations of the reformed securities market or the basic knowledge of the financial market before passing the entry qualification examination.
Anyone who has reached the age of 18, has a high school education or above and has full capacity for civil conduct can sign up for the qualification examination. Anyone who has passed the entry qualification examination can take the vocational qualification examination and management qualification examination.
