According to their promised water consumption and the investment scale and structure of the main project of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the six provinces and cities have decided to raise funds as follows: Beijing 5.43 billion yuan, Tianjin 4.38 billion yuan, Hebei 7.665438 billion yuan, Henan 2.6 billion yuan, Shandong 7.28 billion yuan and Jiangsu 3.7 billion yuan. Therefore, it will not stop until all the above funds are collected.
