1995: Carlsberg Beer (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. was established after the acquisition of Huizhou Beer Co., Ltd., and began to produce Carlsberg series brands in China. The factory mainly supplies China, Hongkong and Macau markets, and produces local "Ba Long" beer.
2003: Carlsberg acquired Kunming Huashi Brewery and Yunnan Dali Beer Group.
2004: ① Carlsberg and Danish Industrialization Foundation for Developing Countries jointly acquired three breweries of Lanzhou Yellow River Group in Gansu Province, and built a new brewery in Qinghai Province, which was put into production in August 2005. In the same year, jointly acquired the equity of Tibet Lhasa Beer Co., Ltd.; (2) In Chinese mainland and Hongkong, Carlsberg, a new product, was launched to meet the taste demand of light beer of China consumers; ③ Acquisition of Xinjiang Wusu Brewery.
2006: Carlsberg and Ningxia Agricultural Reclamation Enterprise Group jointly established Ningxia Xixia Brewery Co., Ltd. in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and built a new brewery.
2008: Obtained the equity of Chongqing Beer Co., Ltd. 17.5% from the transaction between Carlsberg Group and Suniu Company.
