The National Low-carbon Industry Fund was established in accordance with the spirit of China's Renewable Energy Law (Amendment), the Medium and Long-term Plan for Renewable Energy Development approved by the State Council and the Master Plan for Chaidamu Circular Economy Experimental Zone approved by the State Council, aiming at promoting the development and utilization of low-carbon resources in China, optimizing the industrial structure, protecting the ecological environment and realizing sustainable economic and social development. The National Low-carbon Industry Fund is an industrial fund led by the Qinghai Provincial People's Government and co-sponsored by more than ten financial institutions such as China Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and large central enterprises.
