Article 31 of the "Measures for the Administration of Public Rental Housing" If the lessee has any of the following circumstances, he shall vacate the public rental housing: 1. An application for lease renewal is submitted but does not meet the conditions for renewal upon review.
2. During the lease period, other housing is obtained through purchase, donation, inheritance, etc. and no longer meets the conditions for public rental housing.
3. During the lease period, rent or purchase other affordable housing.
If the lessee has one of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph, the owner of the public rental housing or the operating unit entrusted by him shall arrange a reasonable relocation period for him, and the rent during the relocation period shall be paid in accordance with the rent amount stipulated in the contract.
If the public rental housing is not vacated upon expiration of the relocation period and the lessee does not have other housing, he shall pay rent according to the market price.
If the lessee has other housing, the owner of the public rental housing or the operating unit entrusted by him may file a lawsuit with the People's Court to request the vacation of the public rental housing.
