(2) Materials required to be submitted for one-time entrepreneurial subsidies and subsidies: ① "Application Form for Entrepreneurship Subsidy for Incubated Enterprises in Nanning", in duplicate; ② 1 copy of relevant credentials of the enterprise having paid normal taxes for one year; ③ "Application Form for Enterprise Settlement in Entrepreneurship Incubation Base"

(4) Materials required to be submitted for corporate social insurance subsidies: ① "Approval Form for Social Security Subsidy Application for Newly Recruited Personnel" in duplicate; ② 1 copy of the Social Security Subsidy List for Newly Recruited Employees; ③ New Recruitment

1 copy of the employment contract for employed personnel; ④ 1 copy of "Nanning Entrepreneurship Incubation Base Enterprise Settlement Application Form"; ⑤ 1 copy of the venue rental contract or incubation agreement signed with the base.
