Mr. Wang Kuancheng, 1907 was born in Ningbo, Zhejiang. In his early years, he managed domestic port trade, finance and light industry in Ningbo. 1937, he went to Shanghai to start a trip to Victoria Ocean. 194 1 year1February, after the Japanese occupied the Shanghai Concession, they went to Chongqing, Sichuan. Mr. Wang Kuancheng once donated a plane and other related materials to support the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea.
