20 15 general rules for joint enrollment of Mainland China students in undergraduate classes of colleges and universities in Taiwan Province province.

According to the provisions of Article 6 of the Measures for Mainland China Personnel to Come to Taiwan to Attend Colleges and Universities, this general rule is formulated.

I. Registration

First, the registration qualification

Personnel with Chinese mainland household registration in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Hubei and Liaoning are eligible to apply for undergraduate courses (excluding two-year undergraduate courses) only if they have achieved results in the 20 15 unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in these eight provinces and cities.

(1) holds the graduation certificate of Chinese mainland Senior Secondary Education School.

(2) Holders of graduation certificates from senior secondary schools in Hong Kong and Macao or equivalent academic qualifications can apply for bachelor's degrees.

Second, registration and optional volunteering

You must complete the registration procedure (including completing the payment and uploading the required materials) before you can choose to fill in your volunteers.

3. Registration procedure

(3) After online registration, the applicant will convert the required materials into pdf or jpg format, and then upload them to the registration system. Registration can only be done after the upload is successful.

4. Materials to be submitted and matters needing attention:

B. Please check the materials to be submitted and convert them into pdf or jpg format. If the documents are incomplete, the information is not detailed, the converted pdf or jpg format is unclear or violates the provisions of these Rules, it will be deemed unqualified and will not be corrected without further notice. After that, the applicant may not ask for supplementary payment or ratification for any reason.

C. If the submitted documents are found to be inconsistent with the application qualification, or forged, altered or fraudulently used, the admission qualification will be cancelled; Those who have entered the school will be revoked and no relevant academic certificates will be issued; If it is found after graduation, the school will revoke its graduation qualification and withdraw or cancel its academic qualifications.

D. If the applicants choose to apply for the classification of art majors in the provincial and municipal education examination institutes on 20 15, the examination results of technical majors provided by the provincial and municipal education examination institutes shall prevail. Only those who pass the exam can participate in this enrollment as art students, and those who fail are ordinary students.

(2) Optional volunteering

Applicants must complete the registration procedures before they can choose to fill in their volunteers. The time is from 9: 00 am on June 24th to 5: 00 pm on June 27th, 20 15. Each applicant can fill in a maximum of 46 volunteers, including 36 volunteers from private universities, 36 volunteers from public Golden Gate University and 5 volunteers from public Penghu University of Science and Technology. Other public universities can fill in 10 volunteers, and each school can fill in more than two volunteers.

Special instructions:

1. During the period of volunteering, because the Association has not obtained the applicant's college entrance examination results, the applicant should know the college entrance examination results and the scores of the first and second batches of undergraduate courses before volunteering, so as to avoid the college entrance examination results not meeting the admission requirements of the selected volunteers and becoming invalid volunteers. Once the volunteers are confirmed to be dispatched, the applicants shall not ask for changes.

2. Applicants are limited to choosing volunteers by subject (liberal arts, science). If the college entrance examination belongs to liberal arts, they can only choose to apply for liberal arts or both. Approved as an art student, in addition to the results of the college entrance examination (cultural examination), the technical professional examination results are determined by the school department; Those who are selected to voluntarily enroll in this major will take the applicant's college entrance examination scores and art undergraduate scores as admission reference; If the selected volunteers are not admitted to this major classification, the applicant's college entrance examination scores and ordinary undergraduate scores will be taken as admission reference.

Second, the school review

Every school will review applicants' college entrance examination results. Those whose college entrance examination scores fail to meet the voluntary admission requirements of the school (at least the second batch of undergraduate scores) will not be reviewed.

Third, distribute the admission notice.

I. Pre-distribution:

(1) The Association will distribute materials in a unified way according to the examination results of the departments of the enrollment schools and the voluntary order filled in by the applicants, and the departments of the enrollment schools shall not be admitted in full.

(2) Applicants can check the pre-allocation results on the Association's website from noon on July 4th, 20 15. Those who get positive and negative results are called pre-recorded students.

Second, the official distribution:

(1) Pre-recorded students who want to study in Taiwan must register in the website registration system of the Association from June 4, 20 12 to July 6, 20 12. Failure to register online within the prescribed time limit shall be deemed as automatic waiver of formal issuance qualification. Official distribution registration can only choose which volunteers are ready to participate in official distribution, and the order of volunteers cannot be changed. Pre-recorded students who have been confirmed to study in colleges and universities in Chinese mainland, please do not register online, otherwise they will not be able to participate in the batch allocation of college entrance examination in Chinese mainland once they are officially allocated.

(2) According to the pre-allocated and pre-recorded students' registration results, the association will make a unified redistribution, and the vacancies generated during the distribution can be transferred to other departments and groups of the same school, and the transfer order will be determined by the enrollment school. The official distribution results can be found on the website of the association from 5: 00 pm on July 6, 20 15. Students are no longer listed in this distribution. Those who are admitted are called admitted students and are eligible to study in Taiwan. Four. Preparations for applying for entry into Taiwan Province

(2) Holders of school education (strength) certificates from Hong Kong or Macao shall be subject to the permanent residence in Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (please refer to the website of the Association for office information).

(3) Holders of foreign school education (strength) certificates must be verified by foreign embassies in Taiwan Province Province (please visit our website for information on foreign embassies).

Within 7 days after entry at the latest, the designated hospital in Taiwan Province Province will complete the health examination according to the inspection items designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and attach the health examination certificate and other documents before the expiration of the single entry and exit pass, and entrust the school or directly apply to the entry and exit administration department for renewal of multiple entry and exit passes; Those who fail to apply for a replacement card within the time limit will be restricted from leaving the country.

4. During the period of studying in Taiwan, those who stay or live in Taiwan for purposes other than those permitted by the school may continue their studies at this stage and obtain a degree in accordance with regulations.

5. Those who drop out of school, drop out of school or change or lose their school status during their study in Taiwan should apply to the Immigration Department for a new single exit permit within 10 days from the day after the entry into force, and leave the country within the validity period of the single exit permit; New graduates should renew their single exit permit within 1 month after graduation, and leave the country within 1 month after graduation.

Six, during the study in Taiwan, shall not engage in full-time or part-time work. Violators will be forced to leave the country according to Article 18 of the Regulations on People's Relations between Taiwan Province and Mainland China.

7. If the applicant has any questions about the enrollment matters or results, he should lodge a complaint or review the results within 1 week at the latest, and the association should give a formal reply within 1 month.

8. Other matters not covered shall be handled in accordance with the Measures for People from Mainland China to Attend Colleges and Universities in Taiwan, the Measures for Accreditation of Academic Qualifications in Mainland China and relevant laws and regulations of Taiwan Province Province.

9. The data entered by the applicant in the registration system will only be used for the enrollment and related research of the Association, and will be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law, except for the applicant's personal use, the schools that accept the application, the Immigration Department, the Ministry of Education and the units entrusted by them to verify their academic qualifications, and the units that apply for examination or verification.
