0 1 Doing charity is more meaningful than doing business.
Some time ago, at the invitation of Tian Tian Public Welfare Foundation, we went to Qianwei County, Sichuan Province, and participated in a "hand in hand" love activity for the psychological care of left-behind teenagers.
Left-behind teenagers have more or less psychological problems because their parents are not around all the year round. This public welfare activity gathered a lot of social forces and gave them a psychological counseling for middle school.
Nowadays, children's problems are not only manifested in their studies, but also problems that cannot be ignored, such as family background, gender relationship and study pressure. When these problems accumulate to a critical point, the child can't bear it, and his parents are also very distressed when he collapses. Through such a link, you can open your child's heart and release the uncomfortable emotions that your child has suppressed for a long time.
If you want to do charity, you must be a devotee.
Wen has been in contact with public welfare since 20 15. Over the years, he has a new understanding of public welfare: public welfare is not just about having money and donating things. Personal participation and doing it is a long process.
During the epidemic last year, many things could not be done. Wen Jun said that as an entrepreneur, it is impossible to stay at home every day, but also have social mission and responsibility. So he organized some community volunteer activities, including disinfection and distribution of epidemic prevention materials.
Later, when I learned that the epidemic situation in Wuhan was particularly serious, I organized the Foundation's life epidemic prevention materials to be sent to Wuhan. These things made him realize that public welfare is sustainable.
Mr. Wen said that many of his friends who are doing public welfare are really involved in the activities, and there are also many powerful or respected bosses, but they put down their identities and devoted themselves to public welfare activities. Listening to their voices, they were also moved by the children. Here, they have the same name-"volunteers".
Charity is the best practice of corporate culture.
When we asked the boss why he was willing to do public welfare, Mr. Wen gave this answer: On the one hand, in order to encourage enterprises to do public welfare, the state has introduced relevant policies to support and help, such as the deduction of corporate income tax at the end of the year; On the other hand, through public welfare, enterprises can help more people in need, and employees can also participate in it, which invisibly enhances cultural cohesion and better shapes corporate brands, thus expanding the influence of enterprises and allowing more enterprises to truly understand and participate in public welfare.
