2. Liabilities: It is necessary to strengthen the linkage between assets and liabilities, continuously issue green bonds, actively apply for and use carbon emission reduction support tools, expand the sources of green funds, and establish and improve a green financing system.

3. Self-operated: By 2025, the energy efficiency of the whole bank will continue to improve, and carbon emissions will be quantified and controllable. Energy consumption and carbon emissions per unit building area will decrease steadily on the basis of 202 1. By 2030, the goal of the national action plan for peak carbon dioxide emissions will be achieved as scheduled.
