Chapter I General Principles

These Detailed Rules are formulated by the Securities Investment Fund Law and other relevant laws, regulations and rules, as well as the relevant provisions of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company).
1.2 The term "on-site subscription and redemption of Shenzhen Stock Exchange" as mentioned in these Detailed Rules refers to the subscription and redemption that investors entrust securities institutions to report to the trading system of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
