At the beginning of each year, the district service office or the municipal service office will send you the payment form (copy) of the annual health insurance. You can use that and the money to pay at the convenience store. You can pay quarterly or at one time. No need to stamp, just give it to the clerk.

If your address changes, you must register with the Aliens Management Office of the District Service Office or the Municipal Service Office. The staff will change the address of your insurance certificate, foreigner landing card and other documents, and there is no need to pay any more.
