Feng Heping: Male, born in 1960, China nationality, with no permanent residency abroad. Master of Accounting, Certified Public Accountant in China. He worked in the Ministry of Finance of People's Republic of China (PRC), and later served as the chief partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Beijing, the vice chairman of Morgan Stanley in China, and the senior consultant of PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Department. He is currently the executive director and manager of Daohexin (Beijing) Management Consulting Co., Ltd., an independent director of Taihe Group Co., Ltd., an independent director of Yin Hua Fund Management Co., Ltd., an independent director of Tianjin Bank Co., Ltd., an independent director of China Life Pension Insurance Co., Ltd. and an independent director of the Company.
