Introduction: The Pacific Foundation for International Exchange is an independent legal entity established in China by Mr. Tung Chee-hwa, the first chief executive of Hong Kong, and the China-US Exchange Foundation (Hong Kong). It was registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs on September 20 12 and was formally established. The competent business unit is the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.
