3. Subject 3 "Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds": investigate laws and regulations, focusing on memory and practical application.

Among the above subjects, subject 1, Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Standards, is the examination subject, subject 2, Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds and subject 3, Basic Knowledge of Private Equity Investment Funds, are optional subjects, and candidates can choose their own subjects to apply for the examination.
