Article 4 The subject matter of the aquaculture insurance products subsidized by the Ministry of Finance (hereinafter referred to as subsidized insurance products) is the aquaculture products with large feeding quantity and important significance for safeguarding people's lives and increasing farmers' income, including:

(1) Being able to breed sows and cows;

(2) Other breeding varieties determined according to the spirit of relevant documents of the State Council.

In addition to the above-mentioned subsidized insurance types, the areas where the Ministry of Finance provides premium subsidies (hereinafter referred to as subsidized areas) can independently choose other aquaculture insurance types to support them according to the local financial situation and agricultural characteristics. ;

Article 5 Considering the differences in financial resources between regions, the subsidized regions are:

(1) Central region 10 provinces, including Hebei, Shanxi, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Hainan; ;

(2) Western region 12 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), including Inner Mongolia, Guangxi, Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Tibet, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang;

(3) Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and reclamation areas directly under the central government.
